While we obviously support sharing to social media (everyone has to support that these days, you know), tagging is sharing to us. By tagging your posts you share that post to those tags automatically. And whoever has those tags as favorites will see your posts.
Of course, you can set a specific poster as a favorite as well, and you'll see his or hers posts as well, regardless of their tags
